Our goal is to help facilitate an understanding of what is happening with your body, enhancing your awareness through movement and/or hands-on methods so you can learn to trust your body again, re learn movement patterns and restore balance in your body.

Throughout your therapuetic journey, we will cover topics like optimizing sleep habits, hydration, nutrition, relaxation and emotional health. This comprehensive exploration will empower you to understand the intricacies of your stress and pain response, offering valuable insights and equipping you with transformative tools to metabolize stress in a healthier manner.
Conditions we treat
- Chronic or persistent pain (pain lasting 3 months or more)
- Pain related to the musculoskeletal system, such as osteoarthritis, tendonitis, tendinosis and overuse injuries
- Postural pain, postural imbalances and scoliosis
- Common work-related injuries like carpal tunnel, back pain and repetitive strain injuries
- Yoga related injuries or rehab to return to yoga post injury or surgery
- Injuries related to motor vehicle accident (whiplash, neck and back pain)
- Headaches and TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) disorders
- Post operative rehabilitation hip, knee, ankle, shoulder or spinal surgery
- Stress related issues including anxiety and depression
Physical Therapy Evaluation
This session is 75 minutes.
- We start by reviewing your health history and setting personal goals for what activities or state of health you want to achieve in your life
- We will then use this history as well as acomprehensive physical assessment to get a better understanding of the root cause of your symptoms/issues.
- Then we will share our findings with you to help you better understand if where your symtpoms are coming from.
- Together we will collaborate on a plan for how to support you back to optimal health.
- If you are comfortable with us, the information we uncovered during your evaluation and the plan makes sense, we can get started by scheduling your first session.
Physical Therapy Follow-Up
This session is 60 minutes.
- Each individual session is unique and may include manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, mindful movement, pain education, pain reprocessing and/or strength work.
- Each session builds on the previous session to create a foundational framework for your success. You will gain healthy lifestyle skills as well as a deeper understanding about your pain and symptoms, implementing tools and effective methods to help your body heal.
- We will make adjustments along the journey to ensure you are on target to accomplish your physical and personal goals.
