Private Therapeutic Yoga & Movement Sessions
This session is 60 minutes
- We will assess your readiness to return to the activities you care about by assessing the fundamental skills needed to do those activities safely.
- Each individual session is unique and may include neuromuscular re-education, mindful movement, agility, balance, active mobility and stability work.
- We will make adjustments throughout your sessions to ensure you are on target to accomplish your movement goals.
